What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through our forms, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company name, the products or services you need, quantity, delivery location, required date, any extra requirements, and any file you attach.
How the forms work
Our website forms do not store your details on a server. When you submit a form, the site prepares your request so you can send it to us by email or WhatsApp. Your details reach us only when you press send in your email or WhatsApp app. Please do not send ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive information.
Why we use it, and our basis
We use your details to respond to your request, prepare quotations, arrange supply and delivery, and keep business records. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box or contact us, and on what is needed to handle your enquiry or agreed order.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Our staff handle your enquiry. If we need to share details to source, supply or deliver your order, we share only what is needed. Your email and WhatsApp messages pass through Google and WhatsApp, whose servers may be outside Nigeria. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give you a copy. Email sobeteck@gmail.com and we will respond. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the data we receive, including protected accounts and limiting who can see enquiries. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
